Sinopsis :

Dika (Raditya Dika) adalah seorang penulis yang baru saja putus cinta dengan Nina (Pamela Bowie), pacarnya setelah sekian lama. Semenjak putus cinta ini, dia percaya bahwa cinta bisa kedaluwarsa. Kosasih (Soleh Solihun), agen naskah Dika, mencoba untuk membuat Dika yakin terhadap cinta kembali, seperti Kosasih yakin dengan istrinyanya Wanda (Tyas Mirasih). Usaha ini, membawa Dika ke dalam serangkaian perkenalan absurd. Namun, cinta bisa datang tanpa persiapan. Seperti saat Dika bertemu dengan Jessica (Eriska Rein), seorang perempuan yang jalan pikirannya sama anehnya dengan Dika. Semakin Dika kenal dengan Jessica, semakin dia bertanya: apa benar cinta bisa kedaluwarsa? Di sisi yang lain, Mr. Soe Lim (Ronny P. Tjandra), menawarkan untuk memfilmkan buku Dika, yang berjudul Cinta Brontosaurus. Tertarik, Dika berusaha untuk menulis skrip film tersebut. Masalah mulai timbul ketika di tengah jalan, Mr. Soe Lim mencoba untuk mengubah naskah asli Dika menjadi film horror yang sedang laku. Film ini adalah perjalanan Dika untuk memahami cinta, yang justru dia dapatkan dari pengalamannya bersama Jessica, teman, dan keluarganya sendiri.

Ke delapan agen rahasia (Arie Kriting, Babe Cabiita, Bintang Bete, Ernest Prakasa, Fico Fachriza, Ge Pamungkas, Kemal Palevi, Mongol) yang memakai nama samaran “COMIC 8” kembali beraksi.

Mereka yang telah dijebak oleh THE KING (Sophia Latjuba) bersama para pasukannya yang dipimpin oleh Isa (Donny Alamsyah) dan Bella (Hannah Al Rashid), serta seorang konspirator licik bernama Dr. Pandji (Pandji Pragiwaksono) ; terpaksa bertaruh akan kelangsungan hidup mereka, di dalam permainan Judi online yang tersebar ke para Raja Judi di seluruh dunia.

Level demi Level harus mereka berdelapan lewati. Dari komplotan pasukan pembunuh bernama The Hunters (Barry Prima, George Rudy, Lidya Kandou, Willy Dozan, Soleh Solihun, Sacha Stevenson) yang terus memburu untuk menghabisi nyawa mereka, hingga Master Bela Diri bernama The Ghost (Yayan Ruhian) yang muncul ke permukaan dunia; hanya untuk menghadapi seorang Babe Cabiita.

Pada saat yang bersamaan, Indro Warkop yang juga menjadi buruan agen Interpol bernama Chintya (Prisia Nasution), akhirnya juga ikut terjebak ke dalam permaianan Judi Online di pulau tersembunyi itu bersama seorang Satpam (Ence Bagus) yang hadir pada waktu dan tempat yang salah; ke dalam sebuah arena Fighting Cage, untuk melawan para petarung-petarung handal disana.

Peristiwa lucu yang akan memecahkan tawa pun terus terjadi mengiringi semua aksi mereka, dimana twist demi twist tak terduga siap menunggu para penonton dalam mengikuti petualangan kocak nan seru dari sequel Comic 8 : “Casino Kings Part 2” ini. Selain nama-nama di atas, film ini juga diramaikan oleh kehadiran Nikita Mirzani, Agung Hercules, Agus Kuncoro, Candil, Gandhi Fernando, Cak Lontong, Joe P Project, Boy William, Ray Sahetapy dan Bagus Netral.

Deadpool (Wade Winston Wilson) is a fictional antihero that appears in the American comic book produced by Marvel Comics. First created by Fabian Nicieza and author Rob Liefeld, this character first appeared in The New Mutants # 98 cover-dated (Feb. 1991). It is known as the "Merc by Mouth" because of its talkative nature and the tendency to break the fourth wall, which is used by writers to create funny effects. The character's popularity has seen him perform in various other media. In the 2004 Cable & Deadpool series, he was referring to his injured appearance as "Ryan Reynolds crossed with Shar Pei".Reynolds himself will eventually play the character in the 2009 film X-Men Origins: Wolverine and return to play in the 2016 movie Deadpool.
